Melissa Aikman is an experienced paralegal in the firm’s Business Litigation practice and supports lawyers within the Enforcement Actions and Investigations group. In this capacity, she assists in representing businesses in regulatory compliance matters initiated by governmental agencies and commercial litigation.

Melissa works closely with the firm’s Tobacco practice.Her substantial paralegal experience in the tobacco industry ranges from implementing plans for meeting the new requirements of the FDA, which regulate the manufacture, packaging and sale of tobacco products in the US, to supporting clients to ensure compliance with various state regulations governing licenses, permits and escrow payments.
